4. Delivery Inspection

  • Please inspect your order at the time of delivery.
  • If there is any issue with the product, you may return it immediately to the delivery personnel.
  • We will do our best to resend the correct item in the next available delivery slot.

5. Return Policy

  • Returns will only be accepted if the issue is reported within 30 minutes of delivery.
  • Returned products must be unused and in the original condition.

6. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled up to 1 hour before the scheduled delivery slot.
  • Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be cancelled.

7. Delivery Time Slots

  • Morning: 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM
  • Evening: 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM
