Refund Eligibility

  • You received a wrong or damaged item
  • Your order is missing any item(s)
  • The product delivered is spoiled or not fresh

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us within 2 hours of delivery and provide:

  • Your Order ID
  • Clear photos of the item(s) received
  • A brief description of the issue

Refund Processing

Once your request is verified, the refund will be credited to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued as store credit or via UPI.

Non-Refundable Situations

  • Delay in delivery due to incorrect address or unavailability of the customer
  • Change of mind after the order has been dispatched
  • Partial consumption of the product
