Order Timings

  • Orders are accepted Wednesday - Monday from 9:00 AM to 7:30 PM.
  • Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before 7:30 PM.
  • Orders placed after cutoff will be delivered the next day.

Product Availability

  • All products are subject to availability.
  • We receive fresh stock every evening, and items are packed only on order.
  • If an item is out of stock, we will inform you promptly and provide alternatives or issue a refund/store credit.

Delivery Policy

  • Deliveries are made within Bhopal city limits.
  • Standard delivery time: within 2-3 hours from confirmation.
  • You will receive an update via WhatsApp or call once your order is dispatched.
  • Please ensure someone is available to receive the order at the provided address.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD)

For COD orders, please keep the exact amount ready if possible.

Order Modifications & Cancellations

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 30 minutes of placing, provided they are not already packed or dispatched. To cancel or modify your order, please contact us via call or WhatsApp.
